I don’t have time to make something nicer as far as a screen background goes (not before the holiday is over anyway), but here’s a really big version (actual size I draw it) of Pumpkin Zombie Ellie from today’s strip. Click on the pick below to get it!

My niece Brianne came for a visit over the weekend. I let her have at it on my mighty tablet PC and this is what she came up with!
This week’s episode of NOVA, the PBS science and nature program, featured a cool documentary about, well…what the post title up there says. I’d like to say it covered quite a lot about Ellie’s mission to Planet X, but it didn’t even get a mention.
Hmmm.
It was cool nonetheless. You can watch the whole thing for free right here!
A few weeks back Many, many, many weeks back I posted about Brian Taylor’s unfinished film, Rustboy, and wondered what ever happened to it. It seems our good friend and creator of the web comic Moon-Town, Steve Ogden has found out. Check out his blog to find the answer!
I posted before about Matt Feazell’s Cynicalman Movie based on his comic strip of the same name. He just posted some special effects tests including one that features a 3D model of the Pweentco tower that I built for him. It’s pretty cool to see it with smoke pouring from the stacks!
Steve and Jason of the Digital Strips podcast gave a really nice review of Ellie On Planet X, better than I could ever ask for. I’d almost say they were gushing. I’m okay with that. I’m also okay that they compared the strip to a Pixar movie. And guacamole.
I’d give you the exact time in the cast when they start talking about Ellie, but they mention some other great strips all throughout, so give the entire show a listen. Be informed that there’s some adult language though. You can find the podcast right HERE.
Thanks guys!
I have plans in the planning to revamp the site a little and give some width space for the comic. Until that day, here’s Jeff from yesterday’s strip all gianted up so you can actually see him.
