We showed you a sketch of Ellie’s satellite, Opie, the other day. Now here’s Opie’s pic of Planet X’s natural satellites. This is another part of this project.
Has Ellie given them names yet? Surely they must have names? What is a satellite but a big rock, and all rocks must be named, right? (In addition to their original unpronouncable X-ian names, of course)
If Planet X has a ring, then it has TRILLIONS of satellites. LE and OP are going to be busy a long time naming each one, right down to the individual dust grains. And you’re going to be busy a long tme drawing them all. ^_^
Meanwhile, the illustration confuses me. X has a satellite. Which has a sub-satellite? And that has a sub-sub-satellite? Where does it all end?
More epicycles than Ptolemy ever dreamed of!

They indeed have names! They will be revealed when the time is right.

Let’s just hope she’s been programmed to not go ridiculously overboard with the naming. I’ve got other stuff to do. 😀
The moon has a moon which has a moon, yes. Very strange, I know. One of the reasons we sent our mechanical explorers to . . . er . . . explore.
