    I think Jeff just realised he is sitting inside that very well described toothy cavity. How well can we trust her sedation?

      I think he is on the other side/behind the omnivore from our perspective. Jeff may not be the brightest bulb in the pack at times, but I don’t think he’s going to voluntarily sit in an omnivore’s mouth, sedated or not.
