Thanks Jules. It may still be a while before I can offer prints. I have some other non-strip related things that have to be squared away before I can focus on merchandise. But it’s certainly in the plans.
I don’t know how you do it, but you most certainly do. Poetry in very short lines matching perfectly to the action. I love the fact that Ellie is carrying the smallest “thing” in the “run away” panel.
Nice rhyme!
Thanks Daniel!
If you’re doing prints, can I put in a pre-order for this? It’s really beautiful work!

cutest zombie ever! and you had me tapping my foot to the ryhthm of the rhyme!
Thanks celecca! Although my understanding is that Apooka is the cutest zombie ever.
Who knew there was actually competition for the title of “cutest zombie”? I would have thought that would be an easy contest to win.
You’d think it would be. But decomposition during the competition into something far less cute can really cost you.
I absolutely love the pumpkin-headed Ellie. I wouldn’t mind a print of just that for Halloween 🙂
Thanks J.J. – I just posted a big-a-fied version of Pumpkin Zombie Ellie on the site.
Great stuff, Jim, and I loved the rhyming too.
Thanks Tom. I rewrote that like five times after I was “this” far from hitting the post button.
I drew this 4-page kids’ comic a while back, which, coincidentally, features characters named Ptooey & Loogie … AND, coincidentally, has three little hiccups that sorta remind me of your cave kids:

Now I feel like I must’ve been barking up the right tree, if I was anywhere near the same ballpark as a comic as awesome as Ellie. 🙂
“Great minds” and all that! My little guys DO look a bit like yours, don’t they?
That’s a fun story. Maybe it was me that was barking up your tree.
This Ellie plant is going to reappear when we least expect it
You never know. Thanks Frank!
P’toogie is my new favorite word!
Thanks Sea Sick. And the world needs more Judge Jet Ski!
Gods of all Stars!

Thanks Odo. It gets re-written. A lot.
You have outdone yourself. Your wonderful art with such fun movement and the smart tempo of the poem is just perfect.
Thanks a bunch, Frank. I enjoy your work so much, so that means a lot.
I am reading through all of these and this is my new favorite right now.
I want to put this to music. 😀
Creepy music!
so beautiful.wow.
